Marcel Ouellet founded Plomberie Hercules in 1977 in Rivière-des-Prairies. Nearly fifty years later, the business is still run by the same family, with an office on Avenue Drapeau, in Montréal-Nord.
The company never set out to become a large network with a call centre and a fleet of identical vans. It has stayed a small team of experienced plumbers who answer the phone themselves and show up at your door themselves.
Residential and commercial, small repairs and larger projects: it's this simple, direct model that explains almost half a century of continuous activity in the same corner of Montreal.
